Abstract
Description
The key objectives of the Strategic Planning process for purposes of drafting the Strategic Plan for 2018 – 2023 were agreed upon as follows;
1) Review the strategic objectives and goals of KMTC
2) Undertake an environmental scan of KMTC
3) Undertake a situation analysis of KMTC operations to date
4) Through a consultative process and application of appropriate
tools of analysis, identify focus areas and develop strategic objectives and key result areas for the same;
5) Review the institutional capacity, organizational set-up, financial & administrative systems against
the KMTC identified strategic objectives, and key result areas; and make recommendations;
6) Propose a strategy for achieving the above objectives and key results
